Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center celebrates new O’Quinn Medical Tower topping out
The joint venture between Baylor College of Medicine and St. Luke’s Health held a topping out ceremony for the new 12-story tower on June 24. The tower is expected to be complete in 2023.
