Basketball courts with rims?

I don't have a car so can't really run around and check myself but I know some courts have rims and a lot don't (particularly inside the loop, eg. River oaks park and emancipation park do not have the rims back up). I've played at pep mueller on northside but I live closer to the center of the city (galleria area) anyone would know if there are courts either here or maybe in Bellaire with the rims back up yet?
