Baseball vs Softball

Any leagues for 19 year olds to play baseball or softball? I’m looking to play Sunday league with a friend but we don’t have a lot of experience. Most of the leagues I’ve seen for softball are for 21 and over and most of the baseball leagues I’ve seen seem to be for players that have a lot of experience. Can anyone recommend any leagues (softball or baseball) for 19year olds with low experience?
