Bars with a Sunday steak night in the loop, Heights or Montrose area?

Any suggestions for a bar with a good steak night for the Astros game? If you have suggestions for other days of the week, please drop a name. There used to be a Houston steak night blog but Covid kinda wrecked that and sometimes the best spots don’t have advertising other than the chalkboard (❤️those).
