Bars/ Fun stupid stuff

Hello so I’ll be brief, my friend has been going through a bit of a depression and I’ve seen some bars that have arcades but idk the names, but can any locals give me any recommendations on where/what can we do to help this man get back on his feet and not feel like total garbage, help me help him to live a little
