Barber recommendations for haircut around $20 or less

My hair grows pretty fast. I have south asian ancestry with dense thick frizzy hair that's difficult to style so ideally someone who's familiar with this type of hair.

I went to Masters for a while but stopped because Noe doesn't give what you ask for and he's really sloppy with his 2 minute cuts. I also went to Woodlake and although the old gentleman is sweet, he refuses to cut my cowlicks properly. I've tried the super cheap asian places and they do a terrible job and communication is a big issue.

I'm looking for someone who will listen and give feedback and help me try different hairstyles.
