Barber Recommendation

Hi Im new to town, and I've been putting off getting a haircut for quite some time now because my old barber selfishly did not move with me.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a barber that is comfortable with asian male hair and perming? I am looking to get a down perm on my sides.
