Bar with non-alcohol drinks

My husband’s birthday is on Friday and we both don’t drink alcohol. I’d love to take him “out for drinks” after dinner, but often the non-alcoholic drinks seem to be an afterthought on the drink menu.

Any suggestions for a bar that at least put some thought into the non-alcoholic drinks? Thanks!
