Bar Opinions

I wanted to see if anyone knew of a certain type of bar in Houston. I’m having my 21st soon and a few close family members and I are looking for a bar that’s not very “hype.” Does anyone know of a small-ish, kind of low key or home style bar around here? Preferably with an outside area because of covid. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
