Balmoral/Humble Home Builders

Looking into having a new home built this year. Weighing my options and different areas. Wanting to know if anyone has feedback on the following builders in this specific pocket – KB Homes, Castlerock, Brightland Homes, Lennar, Chesmar, and Long Lake. I'm also looking in Spring but trying to see if the extra commute from here is worth it. I like the proximity to Lake Houston.

Edit – Any positive or negative feedback on your home? Warranty issues after closing? Delays? Are major insurance companies covering flood insurance there? State Farm told me they're not covering Humble at all. Crazy neighbors lol
