Baker Hughes promotes new chief legal officer
Houston-based Baker Hughes Co. (Nasdaq: BKR) has promoted Georgia Magno to chief legal officer, effective Jan. 1, 2024. She will be responsible for the company’s legal and regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and compliance functions.
