Backroads, Curvy Roads, Spirited Roads in Houston?

anyone know some roads that are fun to take in the houston area? its hard to find any, and taking the loop is getting boring now. every now and then i just wanna take the car out and cruise around on twisty turns for fun but its impossible to find any around here. scenic roads outside the city are also fine, just anything thats great to joyride through.
