Back Massage Recommendation for First Time

I did a quick search here, but I had a feeling that what I may ask may be a bit more specific. I'm in my late 20s and I am starting to get some serious muscle tension from my office job, so I need a massage. However, I've never gotten one before, and I'm actually pretty petrified. I used to have a serious phobia of people touching me due to trauma at home before moving here ten years ago, along with a pretty low pain tolerance in general, as I have sensory issues. Now I've managed to move past it enough to try, I want to try! However, a few masseuses I've called in my area are not willing to work with my nervousness, so that's really let me down. I'm just looking for something on an average/reasonable price point that's willing be gentle, and is okay with working with someone with this kind of trauma. I live on the Westside, but I'm willing to go in the loop or wherever as long as it's not too far. Aromatherapy would be nice (I love that stuff), but it's not required.
