AXS and Toyota Center

Has anyone had any luck upgrading tickets bought through AXS? I bought concert tickets in the 400s but now the closer sections have dropped in price. It isn’t a sold out show, and I’ve been able to exchange tickets before with Ticketmaster, but I don’t see that option on AXS 🙁 Do I have to wait until the day of to try my luck at the venue to upgrade?
