Avoid These Apartments at all costs

If you like Slumlords, and living with German Roaches infesting your entire kitchen then this is the place you would want to go. Management is incompetent, and refuses to do anything/ fix anything. They have a bunch of Fake 5 Star Reviews on Google. My GF just moved out of there, and Management refused to communicate with her on when she would be able to return the keys to her apartment and they are charging her for 2 prorated days, because they refused to answer the phone of the 4 times she tried to call to return the keys. (Her working hours are their office hours).

Like I would go over and try to cook for her, and roaches would be trying to climb up the pan while I was cooking, and she had called maintenance to exterminate them at least 4-5 times and half the time they didn't even show up for the times they said they would. Then on top of it, her apartment was broken into and the maintenance line deemed her broken window as "not an emergency" It took them at least 48 Hours to come fix the window.

please avoid this place at all costs if you are planning on moving/ coming to Houston. There are much better places to live then this place.
