Avoid 45 south it is blocked at Scott Street

So a man has climbed up on the signs at 45 S. and Scott Street. The fire department has all lanes blocked going south on 45 and they are talking to a man who has climbed up on the structure where the signs hang. So far it doesn’t appear like there’s an accident or any injuries so as soon as they can talk him down onto the ladder of the fire truck that is perpendicular to the lanes it should be freed up at this moment it’s completely blocked.
