Avison Young lands seven-member tenant rep team

Toronto-based Avison Young has moved to bolster its Houston office by landing a seven-member tenant representation team from the local office of Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners.

Avison Young brought the team on to deepen its bench of tenant representation professionals who focus on office and industrial properties, the firm said in a March 3 news release.
