Avenue Center nears opening, partners with YMCA for early childhood education component

The Avenue, a local nonprofit that builds homes and communities in the Houston area, is set to open its new three-story, 30,500-square-foot facility at 3517 Irvington Blvd. on Aug. 3.

The facility, called Avenue Center, will offer virtual services until in-person services can safely resume. The grand opening celebration for the Avenue Center is tentatively scheduled for early 2021.
