Auto shop recommendations that dont charge an arm or leg

Does anyone know of a car shop near the sugar land/stafford area that can do work on suspension? I tried calling two shops and one was charging me near $400 to replace all four suspensions (I have the new parts already) and the other wanted me to take the car in. If I have to keep calling places I will but I would rather get a recommendation from anyone that has had experience with an affordable shop that does good work. I would be willing to drive if the shop is affordable. I have a 2001 acura integra (honda).

EDIT: sorry guys it’s 4 quick struts with springs and mounts all together. Need front and rear installed
