The ranking of the HBJ’s Fast 50 List of the fastest-growing private companies in Houston will be revealed in September, but here’s who made the cut.

Just two days after Hurricane Beryl swept through Houston, a River Oaks estate was sold for nearly $10 million, making it the biggest sale of the week.

Just about every Houston business has felt the squeeze of worker shortages. But the pinch is stronger in these areas more than others, those who know say.
