The district plans to post the position of superintendent of schools to inquiring job applicants on or before Dec. 2.

Construction on a new Chase Bank in Humble is set to begin in January, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.

The meeting is coming about five months after Humble ISD trustees voted to propose the termination of Superintendent Elizabeth Fagen’s contract.

Construction on a new medical office in Humble by real estate firm Ashton Gray Medtail began Nov. 5, according to a Nov. 19 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

According to the approved calendar, elementary classes will run from 8:05 a.m.-3:25 p.m., intermediate classes will run from 8:55 a.m.-4:15 p.m. and high school classes will run from 7:10 a.m.-2:35 p.m.
