I've always wanted to busk in town(downtown after a baseball game, or maybe in the heights somewhere, or Montrose, etc.), but I've always read and heard the police are pretty strict with the busking ban.

But I was thinking... what if I just pull up, pay for parking, and play from my truck bed. Wouldn't that technically just be playing music from my vehicle, not street performing/busking? I'm not on the street, right? As long as I kept the volume at an acceptable level, it doesn't seem like I'd be breaking any laws.

Thinking about giving it a try. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
