Is it just me or is this Ozone pollution seriously bad? Coughing nonstop every day with an AQI warning. Is there anything I can do about it?
I recently moved to Houston and I’ve never had to deal with Ozone pollution before. I do not have asthma or any other respiratory disease, but my throat has been incredibly irritated and I have been coughing a ton every single day we’ve gotten an AQI warning. Am I just particularly sensitive? Or is this a common experience in Houston? Does anyone here have a similar experience? Is there anything I can do about this (activated carbon air filter?) or do I just have to deal with it?
