I apologize in advance for the dumb question. I just moved to Houston and am trying to register and get a Texas title from my vehicle from out of state. Problem is that i honestly don't know how to properly fill out most of the info on the 130-U form and don't want the process to be rejected due to any small oversight.

I've googled and have found most answers already, but i still have some questions that haven't found the answer to. Calling the office phone has been a pretty negative experience so far, that's why i'm trying my luck here

For example: I don't know what to write in the highlighted section: is it "Texas Department of Motor Vehicles", just my license number or anything else
