I was visiting houston for a couple of days and had to enter a toll highway. I recall seeing an entrance for Non EZ Tag Drivers. I went in expecting to pay at the booth, but it said to keep driving and pay online. I thought I could just download the app, but it doesn't seem like I can pay without registering for an EZ Tag.

Am I missing something, would love some help here. I'd like to have it paid then worry something will come of it being unpaid.
