neighbor blocking the sidewalk with palm trees that they cut down months ago. Who can I call to help?
My neighbor cut down their palm trees over 3 months ago and has yet to remove them from the sidewalk. They make walking your dog during rush hour unsafe because the street is located off of a main road in Midtown by Whole Foods. Is there someone I can contact in regard to this? I believe they have had well enough time to take care of this issue. The trees do have orange spray paint on them, I’m not sure if that means anything but please let me know if it does.
