I'm moving from an apartment to a 3 story town home next week. With my apartment I had a flat rate of 6.5 cents for anything under 1,000 kwh for the past year and a half or so. With the house, I'm not sure if rates right now are good or not. 12 month rates I'm see are around 9-9.5 cents and 3 month plans are around 7 cents. Are rates generally cheaper in December/January?
