Read MoreWent to Keith Wiess Park for the first time the other day and really enjoyed it, with the exception of almost getting run over by a kid on a dirt bike. The four wheelers have rutted the ground to each side of the trail, and I’m concerned about a kid getting hit.
The park is in Aldine, so it’s Harris County. Do I call HCSO or one of the constables or the Harris County Parks Department?
