Long shot here but I’m struggling again with my mental health and am trying to turn the tides and grab life back by the balls while I still have the energy to do so.

Apparently my depression is now chronic and I recently got an OCD diagnosis so I’m all sorts of screwed up. I’ve been on medication for depression before but the doc I had didn’t really discuss much in terms of treatment outside of “are you having any side effects? I have another pill for those”. My first appointment with her lasted 12 minutes lol.

I’m hoping to find someone a bit more involved and experienced, but Houston is a big place and I’m not sure where to look. I’m open to any recommendation, good docs are with the drive, but bonus points if they are in Montrose or League City. Don’t worry about the insurance they take, I’ll work that out.
