Before I get into the info below, I would like to encourage others who have the knowledge to also consider volunteering as I plan to do. Let's help make 2022 healthier for everyone!

I’m planning to retire early soon and plan to volunteer (for free) as a “life coach” for people, mostly in the health, fitness, and nutrition space, but I can also give career and life advice. I am a natural teacher and have lots of knowledge in those areas. Before I pull the trigger on retirement, I would like to try out being a life coach for a few people to be sure I like it and see whether they think I can make a difference in their lives. I thought the start of a new year would be a good time to experiment with this.

So, I’m looking for a few of volunteers for some free coaching. The only thing I ask is that you be committed and willing to work hard. I live near Hermann Park, so anytime we meet, it would be outdoors during daylight hours in the public areas of Hermann Park. At the first meeting, I would just ask you a zillion questions about your goals, your health, exercise and nutrition habits, etc.

I am vaccinated + boosted and expect you to be too! Even so, we will socially distance.
