My fiance and I are from NC and her birthday is coming up. We both grew up on Livermush which is unfortunately a very localized delicacy in NC. I'd like to be able to find her some if possible.

Livermush sounds like it would be gross but it's honestly a gift from the heavens. Despite its name it's less risky than a hotdog.

It might be labeled as liver pudding in a store down here. Usually comes in 1lb bricks. Light grey in color and gross looking.
