Do Not Trade Reid!
If Reid leaves to go to another team when his contract is up this year, with the amount of money and play time he’d get, the Texans are likely to get a 3rd round compensatory pick next year. At 24, he’d likely be one of the top 3-4 safeties on the market, and definitely the top under 30. Even if you time discount it for a pick this year, that’s a 4th, and nobody in their right mind will give a 4th for half a season of play.
