I would rate our chance to win the world series at 73%. In my opinion, this offense has just as much potency as the 2017 roster. The question is, can it provide clutch hitting like the 2017 world series team did. Losing McCain at catcher hurt but he was winding down his career and those types of catchers don’t come along often. I would rate our starting pitching B- compared to the 2017 roster which I would rate an A. We should of never let Morton leave, but we have framber now. As Framber is approaching 300 IP for his career with a career 3.82 era I will take that as a good replacement to Morton. Ideally, middle relief for the postseason should be graveman, luis garcia, cristian javier….i just don’t trust stanek, yimmi or maton. Pressley is not a bad closer and will be tested but every closer is come postseason time. Hopefully Dusty doesn’t pull our starters too early! I’m sure urquidy will start a game or two but imo our 1,2,3 should be Greinke, McCullers and Framber.
