Hi all. My friend filed a sexual assault report with the harris county sheriff's (she currently lives in California). A really brutal case that happened continuously to her as a child. The rapist is still out there and around children and we have an eyewitness that can corroborate multiple child victims before my friend. I'm appalled at the level of service they have provided so for. Basically it was "we have 600 unassigned cases so don't hold your breathe.". Haven't been able to get the major to call me back. I not only feel bad for my friend but the other 600 cases as well as the children around this rapist currently.

I want to fly to Houston and protest outside their HQ with a large sign letting people know..

Is that area a high trafficked area and does anyone see protests often down there?
