I just moved to Houston(Woodlands Area) to start a fresh new life. Some gyms offer personal trainers but you have to pay for a boat load of sessions at once just to get close to a reasonable rate.

I'm bone thin and have no idea how to work out properly to meet my goals of going from being a twig... to actually having an appealing physique.

I need someone who I can pay per session for a reasonable cost, that's willing to work with me on a consistent set schedule. If anyone has recommendations or advice let me know (:
