Read MoreI am seeing quite a few condos for sale in this building. Many have been on the market 100 plus days and I am wondering what the reason may be. The location is perfect for me. Does anyone know of anything negative about this building? I saw another dis…
Read MoreI think about this news story every once and awhile I wonder if anyone can remember more details. I remember being quite fascinated by the story when it occurred. It probably happened between 11 to 15 years ago. A woman in Houston ended up in a local hospital I think (I don’t know why) and can’t remember who she is. The public is asked to contact police if they can identify her. I think a Barnes and Nobles had something to do with the story. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

Read MoreHere is a hypothetical. I am NOT doing this currently (or in the past) nor do I know anyone doing this.
Someone buys a cheap condo zoned to an excellent school in Spring Branch ISD. They don’t rent out the condo. It is totally empty and they pay all utilities on the property. They actually physically live somewhere else outside of the zoned school boundaries. They may even live outside of the district.
They send their child to the excellent school where their condo is zoned.
Is this not allowed by districts? If it is allowed, is it morally wrong?

I have a 15 year old that needs to start learning how to drive. He will be doing the classroom portion online.
I am wondering if he should do the behind the wheel portion as parent taught or in a traditional driving school. I don’t think there was a parent taught option when I learned to drive ages ago. Do most teens do the parent taught route these days? Any opinions on this?
