Clearing the Shelves @ Central Market
In case there are any Central Market employees on here, why were the shelves being cleared this morning? At around 10 am, there were employees from the chef-prepared shelves to the cheese aisle taking everything off, putting them in plastic crates and then on to pallets and moving them out. And someone seemed to be getting ready to do the same with the boxed, refrigerated desserts, around the corner from the cheeses. I asked one of the employees and she said she didn’t know. Just curious.
