Everyone is jumping the gun on a coaching change. This is a time to act like a functional franchise. We have a good young QB that most of the league likes and the players on the squad usually seems to be liked by other players around the league. But we need the correct brain to take advantage of that and to evaluate the best coach for our team. The focus needs to be on filling General Manager. We currently need someone who can find diamonds in the rough in the later rounds so we have a deep bench that can relieve our starters for some plays. Fresh legs run faster and hit harder. And most important ,someone who won’t trade star players for table scraps. GM first, coach later.
