Hello,

I'm looking for a recommendations for a good back neurosurgeon. I am a 30M and injured the lower right side of my back in highschool. I've been dealing with this issue for 12 years now and any specialists I see don't take me seriously since my MRI comes back clean. Most recently, I was seen at Methodist by two specialists, Taylor Lee Gist and Paul Holman. However, a recent EMG shows I have moderate L5 nerve damage and my symptoms are getting worse to the point where I'm experiencing not just weakness in my lower extremities but issues with my bowels and urinary symptoms. I need someone who will believe and look into my symptoms since they're progressing and I'm worried about permanent issues down the line. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
