Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just moved to Texas and need to register my vehicle. In my previous state, all police vehicles had bright yellow plates, so it was smart to avoid those when registering a new vehicle (permenantly disabled plates looked very similar) so that people didn't constantly slow down around you. I tried to Google and it looks like they're "standard" white plates, but I couldn't find anything concrete.
