Hello. So I live in the 5oaks apartments near 1960 and I45 and there's a dog with a harness(so prob has an owner) locked inside our little dog park. I just checked and there's no tags so I can contact anyone. Tan dog about 50lbs I guess. I dont know if this type of stuff is allowed but I just want to see the dog ok and not have animal control or something pick them up and who knows what happens. Please spread the word if you can
