Wanting to gift my wife some beginner Italian courses for Christmas. Currently have found some options, was wondering if anyone else had recommendations? Specifically night classes. Could be done online, but want a live instructor.

Rice University - this is by far the most expensive, hoping for it not to be that much

Italian Cultural And Community Center - seems pretty nice and they have a course specific for visiting Italy. Economical too.

Houston Community College - Online course, cheapest option which is nice

University Of Houston - Cannot seem to take a night course without going through a big ole' auditing process which not really wanting to do. Unsure how expensive the courses are.

Long shot here. My partner and I sorely miss 369, they were the perfect take out place. And the asparagus!

Was wondering if anyone knows if the family opened another shop somewhere? Or anything similar you'd recommend?

369 has been our go to spot for Chinese takeout for years. Sadly it closed shop the other day as the center is being converted to an apartment complex. Was wondering if anyone could vouch for other shops in the area?

Note: My wife doesn't like Rice Box and Ginger Cafe is so-so for us.

Received a Corona Smith Electra Automatic, that was my grandmother's, for Christmas. I'd like to get it tuned up a bit but seems there's no repair shops in town? Does anyone know of any or of any enthusiasts I can pick the brain of on how to DIY?

Seems there was a shop, Universal Typewriter Repair, but as far as I can tell it's been closed for a few years now.
