Renaissance Festival and Celiac?

I have some friends coming into town including one with Celiac disease. For those unaware, its basically extreme gluten sensitivity to the point that you need a gluten free kitchen.

I’ve reached out to the Ren fest and asked about this. They do have gluten free options but could confirm via email if any options are acceptable for people with celiac.

Any chance anyone has been and/or knows of vendors there that do cater especially to this? If not, the ren fest did state that with a doctor’s note you can bring in food for those with food allergies. Otherwise, re-entry is permitted so we might be having a midday car picnic.
