I’m putting this out here in hopes that it will sway at minimum one voter. If you’ve seen the billboards around Houston about Republican judges being “tough on crime.” Going towards Spring/Woodlands is one about Arlene Alvarez, the 9 year old tragically shot. The backstory is important and missing. She was accidentally shot by a vigilante who was being robbed at the ATM and opened fire on his attacker. Call me crazy, but isn’t that referendum on good guys owning guns, not crime? If you’re robbed at gun point you give up your $230 because no life (not even Ted Cruz) is worth that, You don’t open fire wildly. Republicans are liars and have no answers for crime or inflation.
