CenterPoint Energy is the WORST!
Does anyone else hate this company as much as I do? I accidentally sent them an over payment in November 2021 and I am still getting a total runaround trying to get my money back. It’s been almost 90 days and I still have no idea when my over payment will be returned. These corporate thieves are going to bankrupt me if I can’t get my money back.
I called them immediately after noticing the over payment. I got a case number created right away and I’ve been keeping good notes (and a few recordings) of every call that I’ve had with them. At this point it adds up to more than a dozen calls where I always spend at least 30 minutes on hold and it’s commonly closer to one full hour. Every customer service rep that I speak with seems to have a different story.
Does anyone have any experience with something like this?
