Howdy all, I’m sure this playlist won’t fit everyone’s taste but I had a blast making it, and figured my fellow Houstonians would be the most likely group to share in the enjoyment. Actually cannot believe I didn’t have this idea until now. But basically what I did here is assembled my favorite hard rock hits that were often played in the 00s, then added a few lesser-known songs from the 00s, as well as a chunk of bangers from the 2010s and even last year + this year. I hope you’ll find that it captures the essence of The Buzz, as it was in the 2000s, fairly accurately.
Of course it’s biased towards my taste, though, so feel free to copy it over and make your own subtractions and additions if compelled. I’ll be adding more songs here and there as I see fit. I will also make a disclaimer that I was born in ’95 and thus do not actually remember the 2000s that well…but I think I’ve done a decent job studying up!
