Is there any rules against my landlord doing this in Houston? Especially with numbes rising?
My parents landlord has just traveled with his family of 6 by car across the south from Florida where he lives back to Spring and is insisting on doing a home inspection in person (refused our offer to do live video chat of absolutely whatever he wants). My dad was already hospitalized earlier this year in January with respiratory problems and developed COPD. I have asthma and have been staying home almost all year. We’re extremely at risk and this is the most senseless crap I can think of.
