Hi everyone,

I'm looking at a condo in the Arabella, just off 610, about a block away from the River Oaks Shopping District.

Now, despite this area being considered fairly affluent, searching around on Reddit/Google reviews for local businesses in this area and news headlines, this place is basically a cesspool of theft, muggings, and shootings, no gas station in this area is safe, and people are leaving this area in droves due to the rising crime.

Is this actually representative of reality? Is this area actually exceptionally dangerous now due to the increasing crime?
