Does anyone know a bike shop that will install ebike conversion kits?
I’ve called around to a few shops near me (downtown/heights) and haven’t had any luck.

Recently, got a job that is close enough for me to ride mey bike to. Ice tried it a few times and i enjoy it excpet for the area right near my house.
It’s a crumby neighbhood and it seems everyone likes the idea of having a pitbull or other large dog and leaving their gates open. So I’ve been chased many times. Realizable at least twice each way.
I’ve called BARC several times, with no change. I’ve tried talking to one of the owners and i was threatened with violence so I’m not sure I want to do that. Especially since there are ao many houses with this situation.
Is there anything a person could do to protect oneself from these dogs? I’m considering a BB gun but i dont know.

I’ve applied for a job there and, it’s been sold to me a a great place with great work life balance and benefits etc. Just curious if anyone with first hand experience in the Houston office was on Reddit. (indeed and glass door seem to have a lot.mrke reviews outside of the Houston) Thanks

I’ve applied for a few positions and was interviewed for one and was offered to move forward with the hiring process. It’s and entry level job and i imagine doesn’t pay that well, but I’d be excited to work in the public sector. My only concern would be that I might end up in a position where I can’t move up or get raises etc.
FYI the job is in the general services Dept if that makes any difference. Thanks, in advance for any input!

I live near downtown and have been considering joining some kind of sports… Something to get my self motivated to move. Are there any leagues available for someone middle.aged who has no experience playing sports? I don’t wanna joint a league and either bring the team down or be benched the entire time. Thanks
