I just saw that a neighbor of mine started building an addition to their house, they got a red sticker from the city of Houston because they didn’t get a permit for the new addition and they just stopped and left the structure as is. I asked them what would happen if they continued and they have no idea. So i was just curious. Couldn’t they just continue building? It’s not like the city could come and demo the addition or something could they?
